Ben Gilbert
Ben is our Dean of Studies. Growing up as a missionary kid had a range of challenges, not least when he returned 'home' to the UK and found he didn't really fit in. Ever since, Ben has held a range of educational and missional posts, and we're delighted to have him on board with us at FieldPartner! He's currently based in Sri Lanka with his wife Shiyani and their children.

Shiyani was born and raised in Sri Lanka, has also lived in the Middle East, and now resides in the UK. She is passionate about equipping people to find their calling, as well as using her creative talents to bring beauty and significance to all areas of life. She takes care of Marketing and Communications for FieldPartner - ensuring our message is crystal clear and engaging for everybody! She is married to Ben Gilbert.
